Information collected
For eBook orders we collect the buyer’s name, delivery email, consent record, product information and order time. Razorpay separately processes contact, payment and transaction information. Krish Speaks does not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords or OTPs.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare checkout, verify and fulfil orders, deliver the PDF, provide support, prevent fraud, keep necessary transaction records and comply with law. It is not sold.
Service providers and retention
Payments and buyer contact details are handled by Razorpay. Razorpay processes information under its own policy. Records are retained only as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information held by Krish Speaks by emailing the support address. A request may be limited where retention is required for a transaction, dispute, security or legal obligation.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service is completely risk-free. This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; the current version will remain posted here.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources and general usage patterns so Krish Speaks can improve the website and understand interest in its content and books.
