Product and price
“Chidambara Ragasiyam” is a Tamil-language PDF eBook priced at ₹399. The total payable amount is displayed before payment. Krish Speaks is not presently registered under GST and does not separately collect GST. This status will be reviewed if applicable circumstances change.
Licence
Purchase grants one individual a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the PDF. The buyer may not reproduce, share, upload, distribute, resell, translate, adapt or commercially exploit the eBook without written permission.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy notice. An order is accepted only after successful payment verification. Delivery is made to the email supplied by the buyer, normally within 24 hours. The buyer is responsible for supplying a correct email address.
Responsible content notice
The eBook distinguishes documented history, Saiva and Agamic tradition, symbolic interpretation, and speculative or scientific-sounding claims. It is educational cultural nonfiction and is not professional, scientific, medical or legal advice.
Acceptable website use
Users must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, copy protected content, or use the service unlawfully. Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ terms.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts of competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu.
